KEY FACTOR:

Only 12% of the population uses, or will ever use, a cleaning service. Finding those people is key to your success. Once you have found them you need to make the most of those ‘finds’.

ACTION ITEM:

Sell to the people you have already found. Go through your old written records and the information you have on your computer. Call all canceled and one time previous clients. Also call all of the unsold prospects for which you have received and retained telephone numbers. If you have been purchasing names from Service Magic go back and rework every name you ever purchased and did not sell.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

Split each of the numbers you have into four categories. One time clients, canceled clients for financial reasons, canceled clients for quality reasons and inbound-non sold numbers. Call every one of them and talk to them about using you again, returning to you or using you for the first time. If they do not answer their phone be sure to leave a message. Write your own scripts or use ours.
