You must be a Cleaning For Heroes Member to use this flyer. Go to www.cleaningforheroes.org and you can request membership in less than 10 minutes. It will take only a couple of days to receive your approval.

There is no cost to join Cleaning for Heroes. Your only obligation is to make a commitment to clean homes at one of the three following levels:

Bronze Level

Independent Operators & Small Companies

$1200 in services/year

Help approximately 3 veterans/year

Silver Level

Small to mid-sized companies

$2500 in donated services/year

Help approximately 6 veterans/year

Gold Level

Larger companies with 12 or more employees

$5000 in donated services/year

Help approximately 12 veterans/year

You will also receive:

-Logo for website & marketing materials

-Free brochures to help spread the word in your community

-Monthly newsletter with marketing and PR tips

-Shout-outs on Facebook (almost 10,000 fans!)

Once approved, use this flyer as a ‘door opener’ for your company.

I would use this flyer for the next 3 weeks and then move into Easter and Mother’s Day flyers. After Mother’s Day immediately return to this flyer before Memorial Day.

Once you have joined Cleaning For Heroes be sure to start getting your press contact names together so that you can start sending your press release regarding Cleaning For Heroes on the week of 4/21/12 in time for Memorial Day news coverage.

***You must be a C.O.R.E. user to leave the seal on the bottom of the flyer. If you do not own CORE you must take the seal off of the bottom of this flyer.

Copy flyer on next page, roll backwards so flag will show, use small rubber bands and attach to door knobs.

Breakage note for client & form for office

This is a simple note that you can print out and your cleaners should always carry with them. You can spell the name of what needs to be filled in on the form and they can sign it. Simple, but much more professional than what they can leave. Also a tracking form to be sure the problem is fixed.

Four areas of concentration are Marketing, Cleaning, Employees and Finances. Skipped appointments without 24 hours notice will count as a half session used. Next appointment ttime will be set at close of the appointment, no reminder is sent, your credit or debit card is automatically billed and there is a minimum 4 month commitment.

Cover letter and one page proposal for cleaning apartment/condo superintendent/manager’s apartment for free one time to prove your quality, then donating one free cleaning each month as a drawing to incent tenants to do whatever their current challenge is i.e.: pay rent on time, put your name in for a drawing for a free cleaning–seperate recycled trash get name put in drawing———, etc. Whatever they want to use it for. Your name will go on all of their promos/notices for the drawings. Each time you add a new repeat client thee manager/superintendent gets another free clean until you have at least 15 repeat clients at his facility and then he gets repeat service for free until you go under that #. Use this template as a door opener by mailing to managers/supers of apartment/condo complexes

and then calling for appointment.

30 minute add on coaching session-Must be current coaching client

This is for additional sessions requested from a current client who is receiving coaching as an ongoing program with Rags to Riches. Each additional 30 minute session is $30. You can buy more than one session by changing the numbber of sessions on the shopping cart.
