We have used them for a company wide training and they were well received. After watching the DVD's we implemented the use of aprons, wisk brooms and extension dusters seeing how quickly and efficiently those tools can be used. The number of customer complaints and do-overs have even dramatically decreased, now that the maids have put into practice the techniques they learned. The time spent in a house has also decreased which is especially encouraging.

Previously, we talked and walked trainees through OJT (on the job training), using the Jeff Campbell computer modules and while some girls were good at grasping the concepts -- others weren't. I wondered if it was resistance to training or if they were just muddling through. Now that they can actually "see" someone moving through a house from room to room, they understand there's a system to it an it makes sense.

I'm in the interview process again and looking forward to training. Now that's something I wouldn't have said a couple of months ago! I am so grateful for the CORE training!

We have about 30 employees. So, with those companies with 10+ employees, I would say to be very patient. It is going to take us about 3 months to simply get the entire staff to watch the video, and have myself and supervisors follow up. You have to be 100% committed. As the owner, you will want to be involved in this "in the field" not just watching the videos.

Those with just a few employees need to get these Dvd's NOW- It will be MUCH easier to train your first few employees than to wait until you have 10 or more.

I highly recommend the CORE training DVD set! For me, it has been all the things it was intended to do. Where to start, what to do after you start, the many non-cleaning issues employees need to be alert to especially how much time it takes to dust and clean.

The time issue was a big thing for me. This training helps me make a profit. It was an eye opener to focus on the time element as included in the DVD set. With this focus and attention to timeframes, I can let a customer know that it is now taking longer to clean their home and change their rate.

Before I had the DVD set, I was hiring and training on the job, alongside me. Now they have some knowledge beforehand, before going out in the field. After 2-3 days of training, the employee is excited and is ready to clean. And maintainging the skills learned is easier too. If after two weeks, skills are slipping, I can bring the employee back into rewatch/retrain with the DVD set. My plan includes the employee retraining twice a month for the first 3-4 months. Then once a month after that. This set makes sure my employees are well grounded. Using CORE training keeps the information in the forefront, keeps it on their minds. It means my company's profits are increasing. And on a regular basis my employees ask themselves how long they are taking to clean, are they making the company money. If we are making money then I can grant pay raises to the employees too. I recommend this training highly.

What is particularly exciting is that everything we have been trying to instill in our employees is now coming from a successful third party and there is no denying what we have or have not tried to teach-it right there!! The steps in approaching the clean whether residential, rental or new construction are the same with minor adjustments depending on the situation. If we approach each home/room in an orderly fashion, time is saved, nothing gets missed and money is made-how great is that?!? This is huge, huge HUGE-and it is amazing to finally see the light bulb turn on. We are thrilled and could not have written it any better ourselves.

The key tools and instructions illustrated in the training program drive home time management, working as a team with a common goal-do it right, the first time!!
